Minimal Cookie Use
Silo Business Services uses minimal cookies and browser storage. Our approach is intentional: we do not rely on advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or the sale of visitor data. Our only third-party analytics is Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service described below.
Portal Session (localStorage)
The client portal uses browser localStorage to maintain your session state after you sign in. This allows you to navigate the portal without repeatedly re-authenticating. We store a short-lived access token, a refresh token used to renew your session, and a copy of your basic profile information such as your name, email, and role. No passwords are stored in localStorage.
Form Handling
Our public forms do not set cookies. The client intake form saves your progress as a draft in browser localStorage so it is not lost if you leave the page; this draft stays in your browser and can be cleared through your browser settings.
No Third-Party Tracking
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other third-party tracking cookies. Our site does load Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that reports aggregate page-visit statistics and does not set cookies, store data in your browser, or identify you personally. We do not build advertising profiles or retarget visitors across the web.
Third-Party Services
Beyond the browser storage described above, we use a small number of third-party service providers: Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless site analytics), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Google (Sign-In authentication and web fonts), and Fly.io (application hosting). None of them are used for advertising or to build visitor profiles. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Managing Your Preferences
You can clear localStorage and cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out of the client portal but will not affect your ability to browse the public site.
