Minimal Cookie Use
Silo Business Services uses minimal cookies and browser storage. Our approach is intentional: we do not rely on invasive tracking technologies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics scripts.
Portal Session (localStorage)
The client portal uses browser localStorage to maintain your session state after you sign in. This allows you to navigate the portal without repeatedly re-authenticating. No passwords are stored in localStorage; only a session token with a 24-hour expiration.
Form Handling
Form submissions on this site may use standard browser cookies for anti-CSRF protection where implemented by our backend. These are strictly functional and contain no personal identifiers.
No Third-Party Tracking
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other third-party tracking cookies. We do not build advertising profiles or retarget visitors across the web.
Managing Your Preferences
You can clear localStorage and cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out of the client portal but will not affect your ability to browse the public site.
