What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly through our website. Client intake submissions may include your business name, entity type, industry, years in business, annual revenue, employee count, contact details (primary contact name, email, phone, website, and preferred contact method), referral source, current accounting software, monthly transaction volume, pain points, the services you need, and any additional notes you choose to share. The intake form also lets you upload bookkeeping files such as PDFs, spreadsheets, CSV files, QuickBooks files, and images (up to 10MB each). We also collect the service selections you make through our plan builder.
How We Use Your Data
We use this information solely to respond to inquiries, prepare tailored service proposals, manage client relationships, and deliver the bookkeeping and business admin services you request. We do not use your data for automated profiling or advertising.
How We Store Information
Your data is stored in Supabase, a hosted Postgres database and authentication service that acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not use a cloud CRM, an advertising platform, or a third-party data warehouse to store client information, and access to it is limited to authorized accounts. Supabase stores this data in its managed cloud infrastructure; you can request the current data-residency location for our project using the contact details below.
No Third-Party Sale
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose outside of delivering our services to you.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers (sub-processors), each of which operates under its own privacy policy and receives only the data necessary to deliver its function: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, aggregate site analytics), Resend (transactional email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Google (Sign-In authentication and web font delivery), and Fly.io (application hosting). We do not share your data with any of these providers for marketing or advertising, and we minimize what is shared with each to what is strictly necessary.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. We will honor these requests promptly and confirm completion within 10 business days.
